The ez69 Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. ez69 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and any Account found to have been created by an underage individual will be immediately closed, with all associated balances forfeited.
It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether access to and use of the ez69 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. ez69 does not accept registrations from individuals located in Prohibited Jurisdictions. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You must be acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party. Corporate accounts, syndicate accounts, or accounts operated by professional gambling services are not permitted without prior written authorisation from ez69.
Each Player is permitted to hold one and only one Account on the ez69 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or otherwise — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the permanent forfeiture of all balances and bonuses therein.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. ez69 reserves the right to verify any information provided and to suspend or terminate any Account where inaccurate or misleading information has been supplied.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify ez69 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. ez69 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
ez69 conducts Know Your Customer verification in compliance with applicable regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents prior to processing any withdrawal request:
Failure to complete KYC verification to ez69's satisfaction may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until such time as satisfactory documentation is provided.
ez69 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT. ez69 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at its sole discretion with reasonable notice to Players.
Deposits made via supported payment methods will generally be credited to a Player's Account within seconds of transaction confirmation. ez69 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges. Players are advised to check with their payment provider before making a deposit.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change at ez69's discretion.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund the Account or a verified method linked to the same individual. ez69 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been fulfilled.
ez69 targets processing of most withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes of approval. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required. ez69 shall not be liable for delays attributable to the Player's bank or payment service provider.
Currency Note: All account balances and transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) by default. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction. ez69 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the ez69 Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods. These terms will be communicated at the time each promotion is offered. In the event of any inconsistency between the general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times — the "Wagering Requirement" — before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Wagers made on certain game types (e.g., low-margin table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards fulfilling a Wagering Requirement.
ez69 actively monitors account activity for indicators of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion with other players to exploit promotional mechanics, placing opposing bets to guarantee a favourable outcome regardless of game result, or exploiting technical errors. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be subject to immediate suspension, bonus cancellation, and forfeiture of associated winnings.
Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified claim period, or where Wagering Requirements are not fulfilled within the stipulated timeframe, will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's Account. Expired bonuses may not be reinstated.

Bets will be settled in accordance with the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body or sporting authority. Where an official result is disputed, ez69 reserves the right to withhold settlement pending resolution. In cases of manifest error in pricing or settlement, ez69 reserves the right to void and re-settle affected bets.
A bet may be declared void under circumstances including: the event not commencing within a specified timeframe, the bet being placed after an event has concluded, technical failures that compromise the integrity of the bet, or the offer of clearly erroneous odds. Void bets will have the original stake returned to the Player's Account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ez69 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balances:

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No licence is granted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ez69.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ez69 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with: (a) the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform; (c) any loss of data, profits, or goodwill; (d) any errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes resulting from circumstances beyond ez69's reasonable control.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ez69 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.
ez69 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its absolute discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; the Player has engaged in fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity; continued operation of the Account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to ez69; or where required by applicable regulation or law enforcement directive.
Upon termination, any Real Money balance remaining in the Player's Account (net of any bonus funds and subject to completed KYC verification) will be returned to the Player via an appropriate payment method at ez69's discretion. Accounts closed due to confirmed breach of these Terms may be subject to forfeiture of balances.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which ez69 operates. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting ez69's customer support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of first notification, the parties may escalate the matter through such dispute resolution mechanisms as may be available under ez69's applicable regulatory framework. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief where necessary.
ez69 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via in-Platform notification, email, or prominent notice on the Platform homepage. The updated Terms will display the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
